These terms are the agreement between you and GameBravos ("we", "us") for using GameBravos: the Telegram Mini App, the website and the GameBravos bot. By using GameBravos, you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old. If you're under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent's or guardian's permission. You may not use GameBravos if the law where you live forbids it.
2. Your account
- You sign in with Telegram or Google. You're responsible for what happens on your account, so keep those accounts secure.
- One account per person. Don't share, sell or transfer your account, and don't use someone else's.
- Your name, username, bio and picture must not impersonate anyone (including GameBravos or its staff), and must not be offensive or misleading.
3. Fair play
You agree not to:
- cheat, including by using scripts, bots, modified clients or automated play, or by sending the game anything other than your own real moves and results;
- team up with other players against someone, deliberately lose, or use extra accounts to boost results or leaderboards;
- exploit bugs: report them to us instead;
- disrupt matches on purpose, for example by stalling.
A player whose turns keep running out, or who stays disconnected past the reconnect time, forfeits the match. We may correct or reset results and leaderboards affected by cheating or errors.
4. How you treat others
In text chat, voice chat, stories, pings, names, bios and pictures, don't post or send anything that:
- harasses, threatens, bullies or hates on anyone, including for their ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender or disability;
- is sexual, violent or otherwise shocking, or involves minors in any inappropriate way;
- is spam, advertising, a scam, phishing or a link to malware;
- shares someone else's private information without their consent;
- is illegal, or encourages anything illegal.
Don't abuse invites, friend requests, pings or challenges to bother people. You can report stories in the app, and you can report anything else to us through "Contact us".
5. Your content
What you post (your profile, stories and chat messages) stays yours. You give us permission to store it and show it to other players as the service works, for as long as it's on GameBravos. You confirm you have the right to post it. We may remove any content that breaks these terms.
6. Our service
- The games, design, code and name GameBravos belong to us. You may use them only to play and use GameBravos as intended.
- We work to keep GameBravos running and fair, but we provide it "as is". It may be interrupted, change, or lose a match in progress (for example after a server error, in which case the match may be called off), and features or games may be added or removed.
- Games against the computer are for practice and don't count in records or leaderboards.
7. Suspension and ending
You can stop using GameBravos at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may warn, restrict, suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other players or the service at risk, and may do so without notice when it's serious.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, GameBravos is provided without warranties of any kind, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, for lost data, results or rankings, or for what other players say or do. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under laws that can't be waived.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for important changes we'll tell you in the app or through the bot. If you keep using GameBravos after a change, you accept the new terms.
